Christmas is just around the corner and I’ve been busy planning the Christmas window display for my jewellery shop and atelier in Tunbridge Wells’ historic Pantiles. It’s a job I both simultaneously look forward to and dread – should I dig out the giant angel wings that have been so popular in the past or the mini mantlepiece or try something different?! I’m still pondering and have some new ideas too, so I’ll share more with you soon. And as it ‘tis the season I thought I’d share with you some of my favourite jewellery gifts for under £80 which I hope will be inspiring for your Christmas list.
Satsuma Stud Earrings
Bubble Hoop Earrings
A flattering hoop earring, made extra special with a bobbled texture and three small loop details along the base. They move beautifully and reflect light back onto the face.
Snake Eye Bobbled Stacking Ring
There’s something about gifting a ring that always feels very special. I absolutely love stacking rings, so much so that I’ve written a whole blog about different ways to wear them here. And, you can discover my full collection of stacking rings here.
Daisy Hoop Earrings
These bobbled daisies have a nod to floral but without being girly. The cog-like flowers gently dance on circular sleepers which fit comfortably around the earlobe.
Twin Acorn Earrings
This design always provides a talking point and takes its inspiration from one of my favourite nuts. I love the fact that acorns come complete with their own hat and as a gift can represent a couple, a special friendship or perhaps two siblings.
Bobble Mini Stacking Rings
These rings make a stylish talking point and can add colour or meaning to an outfit. Just one makes a lovely gift or for a more significant present you can gift a small stack – I always like odd numbers and three of five work especially well. I love the way they look with mixed metals. If you’re buying someone who likes to experiment then they also work well worn on the top part of your finger or as a thumb or little finger ring.
Love Knot Studs
I’ve created my own take on this traditional symbol of never-ending love. These Love Knot studs make a beautiful romantic gift but also work well as a symbol of love for a cherished family member or friend.
Speaking of Christmas, I also have some beautiful hand made gift vouchers that were made using a traditional letterpress. You can find out more about how they were made here.
