DELIVERIES & RETURNS

STOCK AVAILABILITY & DELIVERY

Each piece of Catherine Hills Jewellery will arrive in it’s own box. All orders will be sent by Special Delivery, which will be insured and will need to be signed for.


If you have an urgent delivery deadline, please make sure you contact info@catherinehillsjewellery.com to check for availability before purchasing. It is important that the address supplied is accurate and please note that you are responsible for making arrangements for the receipt of goods including, if necessary, collecting the goods from your local sorting office should you be out at the time of delivery. If you fail to collect the package within the allotted time frame from the sorting office it may be returned to us and you may incur additional charges to re-send it back to you.

RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS AND EXCHANGES

Catherine Hills Jewellery purchased from other stockists is covered by the returns policy of the stockist, and any faults, returns or exchanges should be taken up with them directly.


For hygiene reasons we cannot exchange or refund earrings, unless there is a clear manufacturing fault.


Other items returned within 14 days in the original condition will receive a full refund or exchange. Refunds are exclusive of the P&P at a cost of £8 per parcel within mainland UK.


Sale items are non-refundable. In the event that you wish to return a sale item, you will be issued with a credit note.


To make a return from a purchase made from our website or from Catherine Hills Jewellery direct, please write on the back of your delivery note the reason for the return.


We recommend you wrap the package securely, and post it by Royal Mail Special Delivery insured for the correct value of the item to:

If you wish to exchange your item due to personal preference, then please follow the above instructions making sure you include all paperwork and contact information. You may want to place an order for your desired item through the website and subsequently claim a refund for the item you no longer want, as this may be quicker. Refunds are exclusive of the P&P, which is approximately £8 per parcel within mainland UK.


If you think you have made an error on your order, and need to change or cancel it, then please do get in touch as soon as possible so we can try and amend it before sending out the order.
