Daisy Chain Necklace
My daisy chain necklace is formed from strands of silver separated by stylised daisies and can be worn in two ways.
Dimensions: h 470mm x w 10mm d 2mm
I loved making daisy chains as a child. I also discovered that the daisy chain is used as a metaphor for: “Let the garland of friendship be ever green” in E. Nesbit’s The Railway Children, which seems very fitting. It can be worn like a daisy chain or with the understated clasp at the front so that one of the strands with its daisy finial dangles down creating a focal point.
I got given this Daisy Necklace in Oxidised Silver and Silver. I just love it not only because it shares a name with my darling daughter but also because I can wear it every day and it lifts my mood!
