Designer's notes
This piece encapsulates the theatricality of the Baroque, which is a style I’ve been drawn to for much of my career. My inspiration was the deep cuffs with layers of ornate lace that adorned Elizabethan dresses and jackets – but I wanted to create a timeless, more modern take on the theme.
This is a stunning and unusual bracelet, but a word of warning: it takes a certain amount of patience to put it on or take it off – so perhaps it is less suitable for those who like to dress in a hurry or live alone.
